It’s a good time for the practice of Tonglen. (See Pema Chodron’s teaching. http://www.shambhala.org/teachers/pema/tonglen1.php) and you don’t need to be a Buddhist to find this practice useful. To breathe, to connect, to care. We are all in this together. And so, tonight: Breathe in for all of us and breathe out for all of us.
